Planetary Corrections

On page A2 of the Nautical Almanac for 2021 are "Additional Corrections" for Mars and Venus.

Are there ever years where there are "Additional Corrections" for planets other than Mars and Venus?
In 2021, all of the "Additional Corrections" are to be added. Could there ever be years when some of the corrections are to be subtracted?
