I made one using the PostScript language which is configurable in any text editor. I can't remember if I ever posted it here - and I'm not sure if it's the one you remember. But I have attached it to this message anyway. I recommend using Notepad++ or a similar program for editing the file, because it makes the variables stand out in the code. The Rampant Logic PostScript Viewer is handy for viewing and printing the sheet as a PDF.
***Note: The longitude variables are not used at this time. They are for a planned future update.***
