Tony,

log log a^1/b= log log a - log b

For a = 237 and b = π this is

-0.12153 = 0.37562 - 0.49715 giving a^1/b = 5.70041

Also

log log a^b= log log a + log b

For a = 52.37 and b = 2.75 this is

0.67463 = 0.23530 + 0.43933 giving a^b = 53392
