I was also going to suggest 100 Problems ... by Leonard Gray, just as John did. There's also An Ocean Navigation Exercise: Bermuda to the Azores by Thomas M. Stout and Hawaii by Sextant by David Burch and Steven Miller. And those are all good books.
But I think I like Frank's idea more.
