Problem with Frank Reed updated online almanac

Hallo!
In the updated version of the online almanac (available in reednavigation.com) the date is to be entered in one cell in following format: "10 Sep 2020". But when I enter Oct (october), the results are displayed as for January. Other months work properly. I cant understand, where is the problem. Maybe some one can help.
PS: Sorry for my imperfect English, because it is not my native language.
