Thank you! That was a bug which was fixed about twelve hours ago. I am impressed that you managed to discover it during the four hours that this bug was present!
This anomaly puzzled me a great deal when I first noticed it --probably about the same time that you saw it. At first I imagined it must be some rather complex error in the code. Then I remembered rule number 1 with new code: check for typos first. This was the problem: jan, feb, mar, apr, may, jun, jul, aug, sep, cct, nov, dec. See it?? Phew. A trivial bug. I have tested quite a bit, as one must. There is at least one minor bug remaining that I have to resolve, but it does not affect data output except in an unusual (non-navigational) case. Please explore the new app interfaces. Note that these are fundamentally the same web apps that have been running on my website(s) for sixteen years. The changes are mostly related to the user-interface with a few additional options available. Let me know if you find any problems.
