Hello.
Just found that the updated version of Pub.249 is now available.
Vol-I is rather "heavy": almost 50MB. Yes, it has ~350 pages but those are plain texts and tables. All the precomputed HC and Zn are given as images.
Why? Is it to hinder making bootleg copies?
Could Celestair release this document in more convenient form? My e-book reader cannot handle it as it is now (however other biggish PDFs are quite readable).
