2 typos in my last post for the Vega - Arcturus 23:31 FIX showing then at : N54°54.9.0' / E004°18.0'
The resulting position should be corrected into :
Vega - Arcturus 23:31 FIX at N54°54.9' / E004°10.0'
Meanwhile I have taken time to check my results vs. Frank's https://clockwk.com/apps/USNOclone/ and I trust that the position hereabove is correct relatively to the published data.
