My latest toy, an ex RAF O6a compass, is out of quarantine and checkable, It’s been used as a hand bearing compass in a Folk Boat for years and years and clearly hasn’t seen a lot of use recently. I bid £20GBP without viewing and won??. I bid for it because I seem to remember it was either one of these, or a landing compass, we swung our London UAS DH Chipmunks with in the 60s. My first job is to work out the best way to unscrew the battery compartment cap and the filler cap without doing further damage. I suspect both will be a tussle. Does anyone have the relevant AP1275B or 1234D chapters available? Thanks. DaveP
