I also tried to place an order.
Oddly, the website never asked for payment details, even though I had selected "credit/debit" as the method. I did receive an email confirming that I placed an order, but nothing else. I was afraid to try and place another order too quickly for fear of being charged twice - if they ever took my information.
I will most likely send them an email inquiry in the next day or two. I will post an update ASAP.
