    Chip Scale Atomic Clocks maybe.  I don't know if they are rugged and reliable enough for military service but as they are on a chip I can't imagine them being that expensive.

    I wrote both my Senators and my US Rep bringing this issue up.

    I thought the US Naval academy brought back their celestial navigation program in case there is a gps cyberattack. So how will they get accurate time without WWV? I sail my sailboat up and down east coast and use WWV frequently.
