    Re: Radio time signals disappear
    From: Tony Oz

    Hello.

This weekend I have a rather clear reception of WWV on 15000kHz with a Sony ICF-SW100S and a 4-meter-long wire "antenna". 2018-09-02T1525~2018-09-02T1535, I could hear the call-sign announcement as well - that's how I knew it was WWV not BPM or something else. QTH was as usual: 60°N 30°E (on the shore of course).

Never heard them that loud and clear before. Outside of the mentioned time interval the signal was barely audible because of fading and strong interference (some voice communication/chat).

So, if WWV choose to quit - I guess the RWM and BPM would be available still.

    Regards,

    Tony
