I suspect it will sell for $900 (equiv.). It's an interesting instrument: a sextant, but the scales are not finely-divided. And a wood frame but a metal scale. It seems transitional from the standard quadrant/octant design to the later all-metal sextants of the late 18th/ early 19th centuries.
