Thanks! These lunars were shot in my front yard. (Albeit, with my own pitching and rolling hand. ;) [See my response to Frank.]) Altitudes were calculated as no usable horizon is visible from my house. I do have the "practice" bubble horizon, sold by Celestaire. But I have yet to determine the inherent error, and it has no illumination, so it's pretty much impossible to use in the dark.
I'm jealous of you, now. I really want to try taking sights/lunars from a ship at sea!
