Sad news regarding Hanno Ix

I received email a few minutes ago, as I am sure a number of you did as well, announcing the sad news that NavList member Hanno Ix has passed away. There are some details of a graveside service to be held tomorrow here:

Hanno Ix was an active member of NavList for about six years, and you can view his contributions here:
http://www.fer3.com/arc/sort2.aspx?author=hanno&y=2008&y2=2015. He and I chatted on the phone a number of times, and he was extremely enthusiastic about mathematical calculations related to navigation and related topics.
