Hello, Alex!
With my SNO-M sextant I have measured following extra large angles (over 130°):
1) 7 sets 132°;
2) 1 set 134°;
3) 1 set 136°. The observations of this set were at the ultimate limits, becauce the reflected image became blur.
One set of observations is not enough to judge, but at least the results were not “dancing” considerably if compared with adjacent angles.
The posibility to measure larger angle than 120 is great for lunars! I will definitely try it with SNO-T.
