Telescope is mounted incorrectly: should be reversed.
The price seems reasonable, for a sextant with two telescopes, which seems to be in a reasonably good
condition.
The pictures do not show the state of the optics (mirrors). I would ask the seller whether they are
not broken at least.

Simex seems to be a clone of Tamaya, a reputable Japanese company.

Is the telescope mounted  back to front?

If the telescope can be mounted correctly is $US215 a reasonable asking price 
i.e. not too high but also not suspiciously too low?

Any comments on this make of sextant?

At this price I am tempted to take a risk provided  there aren't any obvious 
reasons why I should not purchase it.
