Dear Andrés,
Yes, I know that the culmination and the meridian passage are not always the same thing.
In this particular fix one could take the proper altitude estimation from the fitted ("fair") LAN curve - after the velocity corection of the pre- post-LAN intersection point, right? I.e., not the actual plotted maximum.
