I'm pleased the information was of assistance Tracy.  Looking inside the front cover of my copy, I see I was persuaded to spend sixteen shillings (about $1.09 at today’s exchange rate) from my meagre student grant during my first couple of weeks at IC in 1962 to purchase this worthy text.  I didn’t realise it was going to take quite so long for my investment to mature.  To be fair, it’s spent most the intervening 55 years lying in my attic, but at least I remembered where to look for it (eventually!).  DaveP
