    Don,

    The take off angle is about 13° . If we assume that the tree pictured is the top of a maple then using the length of the jet as a yard stick puts the jet at a minimum of 3000 feet and about 2 nautical miles from the end of the runway. Laguardia is not a good fit for azimuth being quite a bit further north.
