With pegs, do you mean the little steel bars by which to move the shades? Are you missing several of them?
If you have tools (caliper, rotary tool a.k.a. dremel, two component epoxy) I would buy some stainless steel bar stock and make some yourself.
No one seems to be parting out old junk sextants it seems.
