    Thank you for the insight.

    I'm sure, pp.290-291 (Annex#2) tables are exactly for clearing the distances for refraction. The only input argument missing (to be full-blown refraction correction) is the air temp&pressure. It's a pity I still cannot get the columns' (φ+D) and (φ-D) meaning...

    I'll dig for your posts from 2005-2007 to get the broader picture of the problem.
