I'm not sure I've understood what you're looking for, but are you aware of the various options choices that will produce the set of info in this image? To set this up in Stellarium (desktop), go to:
Configuration Window [wrench icon in left slide-out toolbar, or F2]
Information Tab
Add RA/Dec of date and maybe HA/Dec (notice in the image, one Dec is refracted)
Add Additional coords (from plugins, see below)
Tools Tab
Turn on Geocentric coords (by turning off topocentric)
Turn on Decimal degrees (optional, but I find it very useful)
Plugins Tab
Navigational Stars (when "Additional" coordinates is activated, as above, this displays GHA etc.)
