I don't recall any discussions on sunrise sunset time sights combined with amplitudes. This is a cool double special case for a Sun lower limb observation of 17.5' at a height of eye of 6 ft.(about a semi-diameter). The time sight formula simplifies to 0°+/- sin Lat sin Dec /cos Lat cos Dec } arc cos = t. The amplitude is conveniently done using sin Dec/cos Lat=Z+/- 90°or 270°= azimuth. This would be a fun CN exercise for the next morning or evening beach visit.
