Which effect does " "this" " exactly cover ? Is it the change in Azimut at Sunset from Dec = 0° to Dec = 0°12'0 as a function of Latitude, or is it something different you are coverning under " "this" " ?
Pending more information, we can already see that for Dec = 0°, at sunset the Sun Azimut is 270° whatever the Latitude it is observed from. But you are probably asking for something different, are you not ? And what is your point exactly ?
