I was looking at the following 2019 online catalog, and noticed the prism scopes shown has the older style of mounting adapter clamped to the body of the scope:

Also, a curious change to the MS-633 model shown...it appears to now be wholly made of aluminum alloy, i.e. without usual bronze arc bonded to the frame. A similar item is shown in the following auction link, though I think they must have made an error with the model description as "A modern Japanese Tamaya Micrometer marine sextant, circa 2009, model MS-733RN":
