Drago Simac, thank you for providing the Hezzanith clue to the sextant used by Kirsten Neuschäfer in the photo provided by Rafael Caruso. Before reading your post I'd made a futile search of sextant images, looking for one with the frame construction shown in the photo.
I think the mystery sextant is one manufactured by Heath Navigational (formerly Heath & Company), London. I've attached a photo from an eBay auction ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/134755825411 ) that appears to show a sextant identical to that in Rafael's photo.
At the left end of the limb is printed: Heath Navigational London S.E.9.
MC.1 71666 London is printed at the right hand end of the limb.
The plate on the index arm reads: "Hezzanith" Endless Rapid Reader Automatic Clamp
