I fairly high up on a hill overlooking a river valley and have a juliet balcony. Here is the view. I am so tempted to do this. I could add LED lights for a midnight drop as well.
To make it extra annoying, I'd almost want to add a large-ish bell to toll 8 times at noon. A cannon would be fun, but I can't be known as "Capt Boom," even in the gun-friendly USA.
