Plugging in your values gives me slightly different azimuths: Moon 0.003° too small, Saturn 0.001° too small, Nunki spot on. Maybe we are using different ephemeris. I used Frank's online almanac with linear interpolation between hourly values given to degrees with 4 decimals.
