In my previous post there was a typo: UT should be 0h40m20s. There is an infinite number of solutions to this problem, or 10800 if you constrict timing to steps of 1s. I just picked one of them, on shore. Dave certainly has another answer. Any place on a curve joining the following positions would give the azimuths observed:
0h UT 41°10'9"N, 28°15'49"E
1h 39°38'15"N, 13°31'26"E
2h 38°11'12"N, 1°12'58"W
3h 36°48'19"N, 15°57'24"W
