    Paul, thanks for looking at this.

    What I need to do is make a simle chronology of various standards/practices as a guide. Sure, not everyone jumps on the standard right off but there would be a guilde at least. It would go something like this:

    1805 Admiralty standard becomes Civil Time for all logs  AM,  12 Noon, PM

    1884 Greenwich Line becomes Prime Meridian internationally

    .....

    This is what I need to do, and include when the Nauticl Almanac changed the way they reported time and body positions.
