Transferring 'Navigator' from a Windows 7 Laptop to a Windows 10 PC

I can’t remember how I got ‘Navigator’ onto my Windows 7 laptop; I think I must have downloaded it, because I can’t find a disc. I had no trouble transferring it onto a second-hand Netbook, which was also operating Windows 7. However, I’ve recently bought a new PC, which operates on Windows 10, and I’ve had no luck attempting to transfer ‘Navigator’. Has anyone managed to do this successfully, and how did you achieve it? I don't want to have to pay again for something I've already paid foe, albeit many years ago. DaveP
