Do you mean with "Navigator" the program off Omar Reis from tecepe.com.br?
If you once have bought it from him (As I did about 20 years ago) you can ask Omar by Email
the downloadlink for the Win10 version and the new password for installing.
I have done this already 3 or 4 times in the last 20 years.
Bust you must be patient, it can take a few weeks before you get one answer from him.
