And since we have been watching news from Mars today, it's worth noting that a "Chandler wobble" was detected recently for Mars. It has been in the news (way down deep in the Mars news) for the past few months:

Note that the Chandler wobble for the Earth has an amplitude on the order of 10 meters, and on Mars the newly-observed analogous wobble has an amplitude of about 10 cm, a hundred times smaller.
