I am "fair to middling" with 2D graphics such as these. I can even animate them in .gif format. I've already started work on a sextant graphic for my proposed "CelNav in a .Gif" series. Perhaps we can correspond privately and I can make some graphics to suit your needs. It would be my pleasure.
