Today I found an email message that I sent on 26 Nov 2022, in which I wrote: “One thing I discovered today is a long-lost USNO cel nav page. Some years back they reported the site was to be down for several months, then years passed w/o it being restored. Today I found that it now lives here: https://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/celnav “
So it’s been back for at least 21 months.
