USNO Clone as an "under the hood" CN engine for a flight simulator?

Dear Frank,
Is it legal to access your USNO Clone page to obtain the data for a CN simulation software?
I mean - may be Eric van der Veen or somebody else could use it "under the hood" by parsing the page contents at certain moments of a flight simulation?
Then a purported simulator could implement a difficulty setting - in an "easy" mode the simulator's GUI would show the IE/refraction/parallax/SD/HoE-cleared values (HO's), in a "normal" mode it would give HS's to be cleared by the user.
I've asked several "virtual pilots" for a CelNav simulator out there, no one knows any, all the games are mostly about shooting and bombing or pilotage rather than the navigating.
Please comment.
Warm regards,
Tony
