I agreed with you about the AirAlmanac 2020 and thought I send them one e-mail with the question.
I got the next answer, so this problem seems to be thought over.
I also told them I wonderd about 1/2 year shut down the website, but they ignored
that question

We provide a PDF copy of the Astronomical Phenomena and the annual Air Almanac to the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) so that people can download it for free from their site, https://bookstore.gpo.gov/
Select ‘PDF’ for the format. It will be free for download. The 2020 editions of these publications should be online at GPO sometime in November.
