Yes. It's an old-fashioned set of web resources that is peculiarly indifferent to the interests of celestial navigation / astro-navigation. I'm attaching a couple of screen captures.
Note the prominent link to "Adobe Reader" for PDF files. Really?? Um... every major web browser supports PDF reading internally without a stand-alone reader app, and that's been true for a long time. So that's strange! If you check the updates section, these web apps are showing their age because they've been around for years. This "new interface" was made available in late 2013.
