I now find exactly the same value 3.56509 deg [= 12834.3 arcsec] with SOLEX 12.1.06.
In my earlier posting I appear to have made an error somewhere with SOLEX or with copying and converting the numbers.

I make it 12834.3 sec. Differing from Antoine's by 1.7 sec. Within his error bound.
