Can anyone point me to online resources (preferably FREE) with details on the "Oceans endorsement" for USCG licenses. Especially the celestial navigation material. Can I use a calculator in the exam room. Do the celestial questions still use the Nautical Almanac from 1980 (1981). Are there sample questions available on the USCG website somewhere. I can't even find that!! Thank you, all!! ......Bill A. in Texas.
