Is there someone who has written a guide for using Table 4 from HO249 for finding Suns GA and Dec. The idea just two pages A4 format for finding SUN's AP is great. But the guide on the paper is crap, very difficult (for a Dutchman) and incomplete.
So someone has useful info for using this Table?
