Thanks Samuel for his 21 steps using the Table 4, and Greg for his file and addition so we can use the table for 7 years more. For myself I have compiled a form for using Table 4, I have added some info rounding and correcting, please comment and correct if it is wrong. I like more a table to fill, then following 21 steps, but the 21 steps lead me in the good direction.
