Frank, All of my devices have been on 24 hour time as long as I can remember. I refer to it as 24 hour time and it is a pet peeve when people say "military time". I usually tell them that I align with the Europeons,(not a europhile) same as you. For what its worth I use the same date conventions as well. Today is 15 July 2020 in my time zone.
