Attached is a Venus daytime time sight reduction and plot vs. azimuth intercept LOP. See also the dip short horizon as viewed from my vantage point.
Frank has done a good job getting us to use UT, rather than local time zones. This avoids confusion. Now maybe there should be a ruling about date fornats. I note that your moon sight was taken on 7/14/2020. I am not aware of a 14th month in the year!!!!!!! Maybe you mean 2020/07/14 in yyyy/mm/dd format?
