Hello Tony,
In your very first post, it is quite interesting to observe that - while it looks like they are 7 errors in your published processed Ho’s values - there is only 1 error in your published unprocessed Ha’s values, namely the Sun Observation at 12:54:05 which you subsequently corrected .
This probably explains why Dave mentioned some possible errors here , here and here and is becoming confused since it looks like he attempted to use your Ho’s data set.
I was lucky enough to pick up your unprocessed Ha’s data set, and since I discovered that your VENUS LAN figures and SUN figures are so good, I again had a lot of interest to rework them entirely and I am hereby releasing REV4 here-enclosed
As a last reply : the necessary and immediately useful raw data - i.e. date, environmental conditions, UT’s and Heights corrected for only respective Instruments Errors - should be clearly tagged/labelled and published at all times as a minimum.
Such “comprehensive raw data” are more error free and reliable, as initially observed.
Then with very limited guessing if any, it becomes straightforward to perform all external environment corrections: Temperature, Pressure, Dip, refraction, SD/Parallax as applicable.
Best Friendly Regards,
Antoine
