Good luck with those sights. I have been experimenting with Frank's anti-spoof app and I did a noon sight which I have not checked.
Venus is rising and is acurrently t an altitude of 12°. The sky is clear but wispy cloud is orming where venus should be. It is about 6 hours until venus sets so I have plenty to occupy me this afternoon. I may take a few sun sights as rain is forecast for the next few days.
