I plot your Ho values, then fit a quadratic through them. Solving for the Ho's at 1215, I then use the two LOPs. I get 60d 11.2' N, 29d 56.3 E. The Venus line looks good to 0.5nm, but the sun line seems about 5 miles off. Certainly could be my error. I found Andres Ruiz' program very helpful.
At 1215, Sun 32d 20.49', Venus 54d 31.00'
