Awesome, Frank. I'm tempted to insert columns in my spreadsheet to account for parallax and refraction. But refraction is affected by temperature gradients, right? So, I'd have to be a prescient meteorologist to predict what it would be of a given night in the future.
Thanks also for the links to earlier posts.
The choice between limb to limb or center to center presupposes resolving both discs. From my stargazing experience, this would require at least a 10 or even 20 x scope, right?
