Fig 1 seems to be a part of a dead reckoning calculator (you enter the course, drift speed and time and it gives your position with respect to departure point. The device seems to be incomplete. Fig 2. is an "altitude and azimuth instrument", also called "universal instrument". It is used in geodesy, but cannot be used from a ship at sea. It is similar to theodolite but the mounting permits to point it at zenith. Fig 3. is an old sextant, probably 2-nd half of 19th century Alex.
